Josephine Olmstead is the founder of Readiness Pathways Institute. Her career has crossed international corporate law, corporate finance, asset management, and personal financial planning—giving her a distinctive view of decisions that rarely belong to only one professional discipline.
Educated at Harvard Law School and the University of London, Josephine began her career as a corporate attorney with a global law firm before moving into financial-services and advisory roles. Today, she helps professionals, physicians, executives, and business owners see how income, taxes, investments, protection, business interests, retirement, and legacy decisions affect one another. She created the Institute to make sophisticated planning concepts understandable before a transition or crisis makes them urgent.
